We've built a full documentation center accessible at /docs with 38 articles across 6 categories:
Browse the docs anytime from the navigation menu.
New users now see a quick 4-step tour that walks through the key features of Skeinly — your stash, projects, tools, and getting started tips. It only shows once and can be skipped anytime.
You can now delete your account directly from your profile page — no need to contact support. All your data (yarns, projects, tags, subscription) will be permanently removed. This action cannot be undone.
Export all your personal data in a single click from your profile. You'll receive a JSON file containing your profile information, yarns, projects, tags, and subscription details.
We've improved the subscription cancellation experience. You can now cancel directly from your profile with a brief feedback survey. Your subscription stays active until the end of your billing period.
You can now sign in with your Google account for faster, passwordless access. Just click "Continue with Google" on the login page. Your existing account will be linked automatically if you use the same email.
Added Cookie Policy, Terms of Service, and Privacy Policy pages. A non-intrusive cookie banner appears for new visitors.
Find the perfect yarn substitute! Enter your pattern requirements and Skeinly will search your stash for compatible alternatives, scoring each match by weight, yardage, and fiber content. Available for Pro users.
Looking for the right yarn for a pattern? The Pattern Match tool lets you filter your stash by weight, minimum yardage, and fiber content to find exactly what you need. Pro feature.
Track your knitting or crochet rows with a built-in row counter. Increment, decrement, reset, and rename your counter right from the counter page. Simple and satisfying!
Bring your existing yarn collection into Skeinly with CSV import, or export your full stash for backup or sharing. Download a template to get started. Available for Pro users.
Your dashboard now shows beautiful charts: weight distribution donut, top brands bar chart, yardage by weight, and stash value by brand. See your collection at a glance!
